Who We are
Spreading Wings International Is a Non-Profit Organisation that reaches out to orphans, abandoned children, less privileged people and the general public in different ways. We were established in 2015, and since then we have engaged in different charity activities, speaking sessions to different schools, institutions of higher learning, community based organizations and others, plus collaborating with the public to engage in community activities.
In 2017 we donated relief items to Sanyu babies’ home, in 2018 and 2019 we extended a helping hand to pupils of Midland Nursery and Primary school which harbours abandoned children in Kawempe, in 2020 amidst the world pandemic Covid19, we visited different families in Katanga. Makerere-kivulu, Bwaise and Kamwokya and we donated home basic items and clothes. In May,2021 we visited Kuza Orphanage Centre in Lumuli Village, Seeta-Mukono.
We are based at Bakuli Lubaga division off traffic lights, behind Victorious Primary School, Kampala -Uganda
What we do;
We strongly advocate for Children Rights, provide public speaking sessions to different groups of people, we reach out to the needy and the underprivileged, making sure that they are catered for and in good position, we engage ourselves in Community work, like cleaning the environment, wells, and so on, we ensure proper sanitation, hygiene of children in Communities and their wellbeing as well among other services.
To establish a well-equipped home for abandoned and less privileged children, and help them access better nurturing, good health care and education.
To provide the orphanage, destitute, abandoned unloved with love, happiness, physical and emotional nourishment, the highest level of education possible and hope for a bright future.
